2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on jlss at any given time. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same identity or different identities belonging to the same person, are strictly prohibited. Discovery of multiple accounts attributable to the same individual will result in the suspension of all such accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. jlss is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine National ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlss account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, and you agree to notify jlss immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you. jlss will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials where such use resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login information.
3.3 Account Sharing Prohibited. jlss accounts are strictly personal. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, nor may you access or use any other person's account. Accounts suspected of being shared will be investigated and may be suspended pending review.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. jlss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your jlss account.

4.6 Source of Funds. 4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jlss reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to Five Hundred Pesos (₱500) per month to dormant accounts after providing thirty (30) days' notice to the registered email address. Players should contact jlss support to reactivate a dormant account.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jlss are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your jlss account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements represent the number of times the bonus amount (or the sum of deposit plus bonus, as specified) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request can be made. 5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will automatically expire and be removed from your jlss account balance.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jlss Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before participating. By playing a game on jlss, you acknowledge that you understand its rules.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All jlss casino games (excluding live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG used by jlss and its game providers is regularly audited by independent testing agencies to verify compliance with industry fairness standards.
6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. These games are subject to the same PAGCOR oversight as all other jlss offerings. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlss Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
8.1 Suspension by jlss. jlss reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) the player is found to have violated these Terms; (b) jlss is required to do so by PAGCOR or another regulatory body; (c) jlss suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (d) the player is found to be under 21 years of age.
8.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your jlss account at any time by contacting support. Before account closure, any pending wagering requirements must be completed or the associated bonus funds will be forfeited. Withdrawable real-money balances will be processed to your verified payment method within standard processing timelines.
8.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, you will lose access to all games, promotional offers, and loyalty points. All bonus balances and any associated winnings are forfeited upon closure for cause. Real-money balances are refundable subject to KYC verification requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlss shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where jlss was not at fault; (c) any service interruption, technical failure, or data loss not directly caused by jlss's gross negligence or willful misconduct; (d) any decisions made based on information provided on the Platform.
In all cases, jlss's total cumulative liability to you arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jlss account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits jlss's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and jlss arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
12.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe jlss has not complied with its PAGCOR licensing obligations, you may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR. jlss will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information by jlss is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jlss, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jlss complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
